FORECLOSURE NOTICE (Genesee County) NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE BY ADVERTISEMENT Notice is given under section 3212 of the revised judicature act of 1961, 1961 PA 236, MCL 600.3212, that the following mortgage will be foreclosed by a sale of the mortgaged premises, or some part of them at a public auction sale to the highest bidder for cash or cashier's check at the place of holding the circuit court in Genesee County (at the Main lobby entrance to the County Building, Flint, Genesee County, Michigan), starting promptly at 11:00 o'clock A.M. on Wednesday, September 23, 2026. Default has been made in the terms and conditions of the mortgage made by Edna Perry, unmarried, as original mortgagor, to FirstMerit Bank, N.A., as original mortgagee, dated July 27, 2015, and recorded on August 17, 2015, at the Genesee County, Michigan Register of Deeds, in Instrument No. 201508170064969, as modified by a recorded Mortgage Loan Modification Agreement, and which mortgage is now held by The Huntington National Bank, a national banking association, successor in interest by merger to FirstMerit Bank, N.A The amount claimed to be due on this mortgage, on the date of this notice, was $40,324.88.
