Notice is given under section 3212 of the revised judicature act of 1961, 1961 PA 236, MCL 600.3212, that the following mortgage will be foreclosed by a sale of the mortgaged premises, or some part of them, at a public auction sale to the highest bidder for cash or cashier's check at the place of holding the circuit court in OAKLAND County, starting promptly at 10:00 AM, on August 25, 2026. Said mortgage was modified by two loan modification agreements. The first dated August 29, 2011, recorded December 20, 2012, Liber 45119 Page 296. The second dated September 26, 2013, recorded October 18, 2013, Liber 46452, Page 178, Oakland County Records, State of Michigan and then assigned to The Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the certificateholders of the CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-11, as assignee as documented by an assignment dated August 23, 2011 and recorded on September 2, 2011 in Liber 43342 Page 854, Oakland County Records, Michigan, on which mortgage there is claimed to be due at the date hereof the sum of FIVE HUNDRED TWENTY-EIGHT THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED ELEVEN AND 57/100 DOLLARS ($528,511.57).
