Said mortgage was modified by a loan modification agreement, dated July 8, 2025, recorded August 14, 2025, document number 202508140006364, Genesee County Records, State of Michigan and then assigned to NewRez LLC, as assignee as documented by an assignment dated September 21, 2023 and recorded on September 21, 2023 and given document number 202309210050511 in Genesee County Records, Michigan, on which mortgage there is claimed to be due at the date hereof the sum of SIXTY-SIX THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED THIRTY-EIGHT AND 33/100 DOLLARS ($66,238.33).
