NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF MORTGAGE CHARLES J. HIEMSTRA IS A DEBT COLLECTOR ATTEMPTING TO COLLECT A DEBT. ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED WILL BE USED FOR THAT PURPOSE. By reason of this default, the Mortgagee hereby declares the entire unpaid amount of said Mortgage due and payable immediately. As of the date of this Notice there is claimed to be due on this Mortgage the sum of Nine Thousand Five Hundred Twenty-six and 26/100 Dollars ($9,526.26). No suit or proceeding at law has been instituted to recover the debt secured by this Mortgage or any part thereof.
