NOTICE OF MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE BY ADVERTISEMENT. Notice is given under section 3212 of the revised judicature act of 1961, 1961 PA 236, MCL 600.3212, that the following Mortgage will be foreclosed by a sale of the mortgaged premises, at a public auction sale to the highest bidder for cash or cashier's check at the place of holding the Circuit Court in Kent County, Michigan, starting promptly at 10:00 a.m. on December 3, 2025. The amount due on the Mortgage may be greater on the day of the sale. Placing the highest bid at the sale does not automatically entitle the purchaser to free and clear ownership of the property. Box 1323, Grand Rapids, Michigan 49501 (“Mortgagee”), pursuant to an Assignment of Mortgage dated October 6, 2025, and recorded on October 7, 2025, in the Kent County Register of Deeds, at Instrument No. 202510070065180. As of October 29, 2025, the amount claimed to be due under the Mortgage is the sum of One Hundred Sixty-Six Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty-Five and 79/100 Dollars ($166,855.79), including interest at the rate per annum set forth in the Note, and attorney fees. This sum will increase as additional interest, costs, expenses, and attorney fees accrue under the Mortgage and Note and which are permitted under Michigan law.
