JENKINS AND KIM SKINNER-JENKINS, husband and wife, whose address is 6783 Oakhurst Ridge Road, Clarkston, Michigan 48326, to Comerica Bank dated April 15, 2013, and recorded at Liber 45794, Page 484 on May 15, 2013 with the Oakland County Register of Deeds, now held by CIRAS, LLC by assignment recorded December 4, 2025 in Liber 60748, Page 763, Oakland County Records on which there is claimed to be due, at the date of this notice, for principal, interest and other fees, the sum of $184,141.03, the amount due on the Mortgage may be greater on the day of the sale. Placing the highest bid at the sale does not automatically entitle the purchaser to free and clear ownership of the property. A potential purchaser is encouraged to contact the county register of deeds office or a title insurance company, either of which may charge a fee for this information.
