Notice is given under section 3212 of the revised judicature act of 1961, 1961 PA 236, MCL 600.3212, that the following mortgage will be foreclosed by a sale of the mortgaged premises, or some part of them, at a public auction sale to the highest bidder for cash or cashier's check at the place of holding the circuit court in OAKLAND County, starting promptly at 10:00 AM, on June 2, 2026. The second dated August 27, 2024 and recorded September 30, 2024, in Liber 59675 Page 50. The third dated June 18, 2025 and recorded August 20, 2025, in Liber 60464 Page 141, Oakland County Records, State of Michigan and assigned by said mortgagee through mesne assignments to MCLP Asset Company, Inc., as assignee as documented by an assignment dated June 30, 2025 and recorded on July 10, 2025 in Liber 60343 Page 608, Oakland County Records, Michigan, on which mortgage there is claimed to be due at the date hereof the sum of TWO HUNDRED TWENTY-THREE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED NINETY-ONE AND 69/100 DOLLARS ($223,591.69). Said premises are situated in the City of Clawson, County of Oakland, State of Michigan, and are described as: LOTS 353 & 354 – AREO GARDENS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN LIBER 41, PAGE 7 OF PLATS, OAKLAND COUNTY RECORDS.
