The lien was executed on September 8, 2025 and recorded on September 24, 2025, as Liber 60550, Page 228, Oakland County Register of Deeds. The lien secures assessments and other sums as of the date hereof in the amount of Five Thousand Nine Hundred and Ninety Four Dollars and Ninety- Cents ($5,994.90). Notice of Foreclosure by Advertisement. Under the power of sale contained in the recorded Condominium Documents and the statute in such case made and provided, notice is given under section 3212 of the revised judicature act of 1961, 1961 PA 236, MCL 600.3212 that the lien will be foreclosed by a sale of the property described below, or some part of them, at a public auction sale to the highest bidder for cash or cashier's check, Oakland Circuit Court, 14 East, West Entrance, 1st Floor, 1200 N.
