NOTICE OF SALE FORECLOSURE SALE – Default has been made in the terms and conditions of the Master Deed for Millwood Village by the Estates of Victor M. Gatt and Dolores C. Gatt, which Master Deed is recorded in Liber 24625, Page 131 through 195, as amended, Wayne County, MI, Register of Deeds, resulting in the recordation of a Lien by Millwood Village Association, a Michigan Nonprofit Corporation, said Lien being recorded in Liber 59504, Page 1400, Wayne County, MI, on which Lien there is claimed to be due at the date hereof the sum of (Four Thousand Two Hundred Forty-Nine Dollars and 82/100 Dollars ($4,249.82), including interest on assessments of seven (7%) percent per annum. This amount will be greater on the day of the sale.
