MORTGAGE SALE -Default has been made in the conditions of a certain mortgage made by Detroit Dumpster Depot, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, to Premium Homes Realty LLC, Mortgagee, dated May 31, 2024, and recorded on June 5, 2024, at Liber 58901 and Page 372, Wayne County Register of Deeds, Michigan, on which mortgage there is claimed to be due as of March 2, 2026, the sum of Six Hundred and Twenty Eight Thousand Six Hundred Eighty Seven Dollars and 23/100 Dollars ($628,687.23), including interest at 24.99% per annum. Under the power of sale contained in said mortgage and the statute in such case made and provided, notice is hereby given that said mortgage will be foreclosed by a sale of the mortgaged premises, or some part of them, at public vendue, at the Wayne County Circuit Court Courthouse, Coleman A.
