NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO JUDGMENT OF FORECLOSURE SALE Attention homeowner: If you are a military service member on active duty, if your period of active duty has concluded less than 90 days ago, or if you have been ordered to active duty, please contact the attorney for the party foreclosing the mortgage at the telephone number stated in this notice. Default has been made in the conditions of a mortgage made by Michelle C Fiorelli, a single woman to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Diamond Residential Mortgage Corporation dated February 23, 2016 and recorded March 1, 2016 in Liber 3129, Page 0530, Berrien County Records, Michigan. Said mortgage is now held by MidFirst Bank by assignment. In pursuance and by virtue of a Judgment of Foreclosure of Mortgage and Declaratory Relief entered for Plaintiff, MidFirst Bank against Defendant Michelle C Fiorelli in Case No. 24-0245-CH of the Berrien County Circuit Court, the below premises shall be foreclosed and sold by public auction.
