The third recorded December 12, 2016, Liber 24440 Page 382, Macomb County Records, State of Michigan and then assigned through mesne assignments to Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation as Trustee for Freddie Mac Seasoned Credit Risk Transfer Trust, Series 2020-1, as assignee as documented by an assignment dated May 8, 2026 and recorded on May 13, 2026 and given document number 202600045796 in Macomb County Records, Michigan, on which mortgage there is claimed to be due at the date hereof the sum of THIRTY-NINE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED NINETY-THREE AND 68/100 DOLLARS ($39,793.68).
