NOTICE OF MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE Default having been made in the terms and conditions of a certain mortgage made by Canton Professional Plaza, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company on January 12, 2023, to Northstar Bank, a Michigan Banking Corporation, of 833 S. Van Dyke Road, Bad Axe, MI 48413, and recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Wayne County, Michigan on January 19, 2023, in Liber 58045 of Mortgages, Page 1223, and upon which mortgage there is claimed to be due as of the date of this notice for principal and interest the sum of Four Hundred Fifty-Three Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty-Eight and 45/100 ($453,828.45) Dollars and said default having continued for more than thirty (30) days and no suit or proceedings having been instituted to recover the debt secured by the mortgage; NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That on November 6, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. Local Time, the said mortgage will be foreclosed by sale at public venue to the highest bidder at the Third Judicial Circuit Court in the Coleman A.
