Notice is given under section 3212 of the revised judicature act of 1961, 1961 PA 236, MCL 600.3212, that the following mortgage will be foreclosed by a sale of the mortgaged premises, or some part of them, at a public auction sale to the highest bidder for cash or cashier's check at the place of holding the circuit court in OAKLAND County, starting promptly at 10:00 AM, on September 22, 2026. Said mortgage was modified by a loan modification agreement dated January 30, 2015, recorded February 5, 2015, Liber 47846 Page 686, Oakland County Records, State of Michigan and then assigned through mesne assignments to U.S. Bank Trust Company, National Association, as Indenture Trustee on behalf of and with respect to Ajax Mortgage Loan Trust 2021-G, Mortgage-Backed Securities, Series 2021-G, as assignee as documented by an assignment dated July 17, 2026 and recorded on July 23, 2026 in Liber 61397 Page 87, Oakland County Records, Michigan, on which mortgage there is claimed to be due at the date hereof the sum of ONE HUNDRED SIX THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED THIRTY-TWO AND 06/100 DOLLARS ($106,232.06).
