The property subject to this foreclosure is described as: Unit 4, Okemos & Oaks Park, a Business/Office Condominium according to the Master Deed recorded in Liber 1820, Pages 186 through 237, inclusive and amended in First Amendment recorded in Liber 3314, Page 1111 in the Office of the Ingham County Register of Deeds, and designated as Ingham County Condominium Subdivision Plan No. 83, together with rights in general common elements and limited common elements as set forth in said Master Deed, and amendments thereto, and as Described in Act 59 of the Public Acts of 1978 as amended.
