MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE NOTICE DEFAULT having been made in the terms and conditions of a certain mortgage made by Leonard T. Bobick, a/k/a Leonard Thomas Bobick, Jr., a single man, whose mailing address is 1991 Bobick Blvd., Lincoln, MI 48742, to Community Financial Credit Union (“Credit Unionâ€), whose address is 500 S. Harvey, P.O. Box 5050, Plymouth, MI 48170, on January 5, 2024 and recorded on January 22, 2024, at Document ID No. 8025869, Alcona County Records, on which mortgage there is claimed to be due at the date of this notice the sum of TWO HUNDRED FIFTY-NINE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED TWELVE DOLLARS AND 28/100 ($259,412.28), plus interest, at a rate of 8.50% per annum, together with any additional sum or sums which may be paid by the undersigned as provided for in said mortgage, and no suit or proceedings at law or in equity having been instituted to recover the debt secured by said mortgage, or any part thereof.
