Notice is given under section 3212 of the revised judicature act of 1961, 1961 PA 236, MCL 600.3212, that the following mortgage will be foreclosed by a sale of the mortgaged premises, or some part of them, at a public auction sale to the highest bidder for cash or cashier's check at the place of holding the circuit court in Macomb County, starting promptly at 10:00 a.m. on December 5, 2025. The Mortgage has been assigned to WFCM 2015-C29 19 MILE ROAD, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, pursuant to that certain Assignment of Mortgage executed October 9, 2025 and recorded on October 15, 2025 as Instrument No. 202500092539, in Liber30338, Page 212 of the Records. The amount owing on the Mortgage as of October 24, 2025, is Seven Million Six Hundred Sixty Seven Thousand Seven Hundred Twenty Eight and 59/100 Dollars ($7,667,728.59) bearing interest on the amount due at the rate of Two Thousand Two Hundred Thirteen and 24/100 Dollars ($2,213.24) per diem, plus all costs of collection. There is no suit or proceeding at law or in equity which has been instituted to recover the debt secured by the Mortgage, or any part of the Mortgage.
