As of October 29, 2025, the amount claimed to be due under the Mortgage is the sum of One Hundred Sixty-Six Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty-Five and 79/100 Dollars ($166,855.79), including interest at the rate per annum set forth in the Note, and attorney fees.
