NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that I shall sell at public auction to the highest bidder, at public vendue, at the place of holding the Circuit Court within Wayne County, on the 9th day of DECEMBER, 2025 at eleven o’clock in the forenoon, Eastern Time, the following described property, viz: All certain piece or parcel of land situated in the Township of Redford, County of Wayne, and State of Michigan, described as follows: Unit 78, THE PARKS OF SHAMROCK VILLAGE, according to the Master Deed recorded in Liber 47599, Pages 891 through 969, Wayne County Records, as amended, and designated as Wayne County Condominium Subdivision Plan No. 980, together with rights in general common elements and limited common elements, as set forth in the above Master Deed and as described in Act 59 of the Public Acts of Michigan of 1978.
