Case No. 25-K-36868-CH Circuit Court Sale In pursuance and by virtue of an Order Granting Motion for Default Judgment and for Judicial Foreclosure as to All Defendants in the Circuit Court for the County of Ionia, State of Michigan, made and entered on the 29th of August, A.D., 2025 in a certain cause therein pending, wherein Michigan State Housing Development Authority was the Plaintiff and Secretary of Housing and Urban Development and Brian Wade Hallaxs II were the Defendants. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that I shall sell at public auction to the highest bidder, at public vendue, at the Ionia County Courthouse (that being the place of holding the Circuit Court for said County), on the 19th of February, A.D., 2026 at 10:00 o`clock in the forenoon, Eastern Standard Time, the following described property, viz: A certain piece or parcel of land situated in the City of Ionia, County of Ionia, State of Michigan: Lot 60 of Supervisor Inman`s Addition to the City of Ionia, according to the recorded plat thereof, as recorded in Liber 1 of Plats, on Page 99. Together with a right-of-way over the West 5 feet of the South 1/2 of Lot 61 of said Addition and excepting and reserving a right-of-way over the East 5 feet of the South 1/2 of said Lot 60 for purpose of a joint driveway for the use of owners of Lots 60 and 61 in common, for the purpose of ingress and egress to and from the garage building now resting on Lot 60 and 61 in a position approximately astride the boundary line of said Lots. 204-090-000-230-00 c/k/a: 512 Harrison St, Ionia, MI 48846 The redemption period shall be 6 months from the date of such sale, except that the United States shall have one year from the date of sale to redeem the premises.
