Short Foreclosure Notice (Kalamazoo County) MORTGAGE SALE – Default has been made in the conditions of a certain mortgage made by Lee E Shepherd and Vernal E. Shepherd to Citifinancial Inc. dated July 30, 2007 and recorded August 2, 2007 in Instrument Number 2007-029035. Said mortgage executed in the original amount of $23,002.57. Rose, Kalamazoo, Michigan 49007 The redemption period shall be 6 months from the date of such sale, unless determined abandoned in accordance with 1948CL 600.3241a, in which case the redemption period shall be 30 days from the date of such sale.
