The amount due on the mortgage may be greater on the day of the sale. Under the power of sale contained in said mortgage and the statute in such case made and provided, notice is hereby given that said mortgage will be foreclosed by a sale of the mortgaged premises at public auction to the highest bidder at the place of holding the circuit court within Wayne County, Michigan, on Thursday, April 23, 2026 at 11:00 a.m., local time, or any adjourned date thereafter by posting a notice of adjournment before or at the time of and at the place where said sale is to be made. Said premises are situated in City of Detroit, Wayne County, Michigan, and are described as: Lot 67, MELODY MANOR, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Liber 72, Page 43 of Plats, Wayne County Records.
