MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE NOTICE DEFAULT having been made in the terms and conditions of a certain mortgage made by Randy Ridner, Jr., whose mailing address is 3131 N. Otter Creek Rd., Monroe, MI 48161, to Orsa Credit Union f/k/a Community Financial Credit Union, 500 S. Harvey, Plymouth, MI 48170, dated April 19, 2019, and an Affidavit of Real Property was recorded on June 8, 2022, at Instrument No. 2022R12103, Monroe County Records, attaching the Mortgage dated April 19, 2019, on which mortgage there is claimed to be due at the date of this notice the sum of ONE HUNDRED ONE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED FIFTY AND 38/100 DOLLARS ($101,650.38) plus interest, at a rate of 9.25% per annum, together with any additional sum or sums which may be paid by the undersigned as provided for in said mortgage, and no suit or proceedings at law or in equity having been instituted to recover the debt secured by said mortgage, or any part thereof.
