Default has been made in the conditions of a certain mortgage made by Delrice Davis and Lateisha Davis to Platinum Financial, Mortgagee dated March 2, 2022, and recorded on March 2, 2022 in Liber 57435 page 1425, Wayne County Records, Michigan on which mortgage there is claimed to be due at the date hereof the sum of $68,692.44 Dollars, including interest at 9.875% per annum. Under the power of sale contained in said mortgage and the statute in such case made and provided, notice is hereby given that said mortgage will be foreclosed by a sale of the mortgaged premises, or some part of them, at public venue, at 2 Woodward Ave., CAYMC, Detroit, MI 48226 at 11am on Thursday, March 5, 2026. Said premises are situated in Wayne County, Michigan and are described as Lot 15, Woodcreek Park Subdivision No. 1, according to the plat thereoff, as recorded in Liber 114 of plats, pages 29-34, Wayne County Records, commonly known as 25033 Maxwell Lane, Flat Rock, MI 48134.
