NOTICE OF MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE BY ADVERTISEMENT. Notice is given under section 3212 of the revised judicature act of 1961, 1961 PA 236, MCL 600.3212, that the following Mortgage will be foreclosed by a sale of the mortgaged premises, at a public auction sale to the highest bidder for cash or cashier's check at the place of holding the Circuit Court in Muskegon County, Michigan, starting promptly at 11:00 a.m. on October 3, 2025. The Mortgage is dated January 30, 2023, and was recorded on February 3, 2023, in the Muskegon County Register of Deeds, at Liber 4320, Page 380. As of August 29, 2025, the amount claimed to be due under the Mortgage is the sum of One Hundred Ninety-Five Thousand Seven Hundred and 5/100 Dollars ($195,700.30), including interest at the rate per annum set forth in the Note, and attorney fees. This sum will increase as additional interest, costs, expenses, and attorney fees accrue under the Mortgage and Note and which are permitted under Michigan law.
