NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE The Sheffield Square II Condominium Association (“Associationâ€), c/o Pasco Property Management, Inc., Property Managers, is a Michigan condominium association conducting business in Ypsilanti, Washtenaw County, Michigan. The Association operates under the Association Master Deed and By-Laws (“Association Documentsâ€) which are recorded in Liber 1597, Page 1through 30, Washtenaw County Records. Pursuant to the Association Documents, the Association has duly assessed each unit at Wingate Park Condominium Association for the expense of administration, maintenance and repair of the common elements of the Wingate Park Condominium Association. Christopher Santiago, is the owner of the following described premises, (The “Subject Premisesâ€): Land is situated in the City of Saline, County of Washtenaw, State of Michigan, and is described as follows: Unit 16; Building 13 of SHEFFIELD SQUARE CONDOMINIUM II, according to the Master Deed thereof, as recorded in liber 1597, Page 1, and any amendments thereto, Washtenaw County Records, designated as Replat No. 2 of Washtenaw County Condominium Subdivision Plan No. 35, together with rights in general common elements and limited common elements, as set forth in the above Master Deed, as amended and as described in Act 59 of the 1978 Property Tax I.D.: 181336450016 Commonly known as: 171 Sheffield Drive, Saline, Michigan 48176. Christopher Santiago has failed to pay the assessments for the subject premises and is hereby in default. Pursuant to the Association Documents, the Association has recorded statutory liens for the unpaid assessments in Liber 5531, Page 488, Washtenaw County records on September 1, 2023. As of the date of this notice, there are $14,978.94 in unpaid assessments, interest and costs owning to the Association with respect to the Subject Premises. Under the power of sale contained in the Association Documents, and the statute, notice is hereby given that a sale of Subject Premises, or some part of them, will take place at a public venue, at the front door of the Washtenaw County Courthouse in the City of Ann Arbor, Michigan at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, February 25, 2026. Such sale may be subject to a prior mortgage of the Subject Premises. The redemption period shall be six (6) months from the date of such sale, unless determined abandoned in accordance with MCL 600.3241(a), in which case the redemption period shall be thirty (30) days from the date of such sale.
