Notice is given under section 3212 of the revised judicature act of 1961, 1961 PA 236, MCL 600.3212, that the following mortgage will be foreclosed by a sale of the mortgaged premises, or some part of them, at a public auction sale to the highest bidder for cash or cashier's check at the place of holding the circuit court in WAYNE County, starting promptly at 11:00 AM, on September 24, 2026. Smyth, husband and wife, whose address is 15438 Leona Drive, Redford Township, Michigan 48239, as original Mortgagors, to Standard Federal Bank, being a mortgage dated October 28, 1998, and recorded on June 1, 1999 in Liber 30221 Page 1682, Wayne County Records, State of Michigan and then assigned through mesne assignments to Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation as Trustee for Freddie Mac Seasoned Credit Risk Transfer Trust, Series 2019-1, as assignee as documented by an assignment dated August 28, 2025 and recorded on August 28, 2025 in Liber 59748 Page 1482, Wayne County Records, Michigan, on which mortgage there is claimed to be due at the date hereof the sum of ELEVEN THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED FORTY-NINE AND 09/100 DOLLARS ($11,849.09). Said premises are situated in the Township of Redford, County of Wayne, State of Michigan, and are described as: Lot 833 and 1/2 of vacated alley adjoining in the rear B. E.
