Clemens, MI 48043 586.783.3300 THIS FIRM IS A DEBT COLLECTOR ATTEMPTING TO COLLECT A DEBT, ANY INFORMTION WE OBTAIN WILL BE USED FOR THAT PURPOSE MORTGAGE SALE – Default has been made in the conditions of a mortgage made by Aron Rooze and Leslye Rooze, husband and wife, Mortgagors, to Barnabas Road Associates, LLC, Mortgagee, dated April 10, 2025, and recorded on April 14, 2025, in Liber 5585, Page 640, Washtenaw County Records, on which mortgage there is claimed to be due at the date hereof the sum of Two Hundred Fifty-Eight Thousand Three Hundred Fifty-Seven and 97/100 Dollars ($258,357.97), including principal and interest at 10% per annum.
