By reason of this default, the Mortgagee hereby declares the entire unpaid amount of said Mortgage due and payable immediately. As of the date of this Notice there is claimed to be due on this Mortgage the sum of Seven Thousand Three Hundred Seventy-eight and 24/100 Dollars ($7,378.24). No suit or proceeding at law has been instituted to recover the debt secured by this Mortgage or any part thereof.
