Which said premises are described as follows: All that certain piece or parcel of land situated in the City of Negaunee, in the County of Marquette and State of Michigan and described as follows to wit: Parcel #2 A parcel of land situated and being in the City of Negaunee, described as follows: All that part of the West half of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 32, Township 48 North, Range 26 West, described as: Beginning at the West quarter corner of said Section 32; thence South 89 degrees 31 minutes East along the North right of way line of County Road 492, 156.30 feet; thence North 0 degrees 35 minutes 30 seconds East, 600.00 feet; thence North 89 degrees 31 minutes West, 171.02 feet, more or less, to the West line of said Section 32; thence Southerly, 591.68 feet, more or less, along said West line of Section 32 to the Place of Beginning; Commonly known as: 1039 MAAS Street, Negaunee, MI 49866 Tax ID: 52-53-432-015-00 If the property is sold at a foreclosure sale the borrower, pursuant to MCLA 600.3278 will be held responsible to the person who buys the property at the mortgage foreclosure sale or to the mortgage holder for damaging the property during the redemption period. The redemption period shall be six months from the date of such sale, unless determined abandoned in accordance with MCL 600.3241a, in which case the redemption period shall be 30 days from the date of such sale.
