NOTICE OF MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE Attention homeowner: If you are a military service member on active duty, if your period of active duty has concluded less than 90 days ago, or if you have been ordered to active duty, please contact the attorney for the party foreclosing the mortgage at the telephone number stated in this notice. Notice of foreclosure by advertisement. Notice is given under section 3212 of the revised judicature act of 1961, 1961 PA 236, MCL 600.3212, that the following mortgage will be foreclosed by a sale of the mortgaged premises, or some part of them, at a public auction sale to the highest bidder for cash or cashier’s check at the place of holding the Circuit Court in Newaygo County, Michigan starting promptly at 10:00 a.m. on April 21, 2026. Mortgage (the “Mortgage”) made by Gary W. Rottier and Doreen K. Rottier, Trustees of the Gary W. Rottier & Doreen K. Rottier Revocable Joint Trust dated March 6, 1986 and Gary W. Rottier & Doreen K. Rottier, Husband and Wife, as Mortgagor, to ChoiceOne Bank successor by merger to Valley Ridge Mortgage Company, dated October 18, 2004, and recorded on October 25, 2004, in Liber 410, Page 4680, Newaygo County Records, Newaygo County, Michigan. The balance owing on the Mortgage is $198,262.37 at the time of this Notice. The Mortgage contains a power of sale and no suit or proceeding at law or in equity has been instituted to recover the debt secured by the Mortgage, or any part of the Mortgage. The Mortgagee will apply the sale proceeds to the debt secured by the Mortgage as stated above, plus interest on the amount due at the rate of 4.0% per annum; all legal costs and expenses, including attorney’s fees allowed by law; and also any amount paid by the Mortgagee to protect its interest in the property.
