MORTGAGE INFORMATION: Default has been made in the conditions of a certain mortgage made by Ellistene Washington f/k/a Ellistene Jones, a woman, whose address is 1914 Barks Street, Flint, Michigan 48503, as original Mortgagors, to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Oak Street Mortgage LLC, being a mortgage dated September 20, 2005, and recorded on November 4, 2005 with Document Number 200511040106662, Genesee County Records, State of Michigan and then assigned to Credit Suisse First Boston Mortgage Securities Corp., CSFB Mortgage-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-12, U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, as assignee as documented by an assignment dated August 30, 2019 and recorded on September 4, 2019 and given document number 201909040057777 in Genesee County Records, Michigan, on which mortgage there is claimed to be due at the date hereof the sum of FIFTY THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED EIGHTY-FOUR AND 85/100 DOLLARS ($50,884.85). Said premises are situated in the City of Flint, County of Genesee, State of Michigan, and are described as: LOT 208 of Lapeer Park, according to the recorded plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Liber 8, Page 3, Genesee County Records.
