ANY INFORMATION WE OBTAIN WILL BE USED FOR THAT PURPOSE. Notice of foreclosure by advertisement- A default has been made in the conditions of a certain mortgage made by Joseph R. O’Malley, a single man (hereafter “Mortgagor”), to ELGA Credit Union, a Michigan financial institution and Mortgagee, dated June 2, 2022, and thereafter recorded on June 10, 2022, in instrument no. Liber 3298 Page 932, of the Lapeer County Register of Deeds. There is claimed to be due at the date hereof the sum of Forty-four Thousand, Eight-Hundred and Sixty-Seven and 24/100 ($44,867.24) Dollars excluding interest at the rate of 4.5% per annum. Under the power of sale contained in said mortgage and the statute in such case made and provided, notice is given under section 3212 of the revised judicature act of 1961, 1961 PA 236, MCL 600.3212, that the aforementioned mortgage will be foreclosed by a sale of the mortgaged premises, or some part of them, at a public auction sale to the highest bidder for cash or cashier's check at the place of holding the circuit court in Lapeer County, starting promptly at 9:30 a.m., on September 16, 2026.
