NOTICE OF CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION LIEN FORECLOSURE SALE Default has been made by Elizabeth Hall of 5282 Wade Street, SE, Caledonia, Michigan 49316 (the "Co-owner"), in the terms and conditions of the Master Deed of Shagbark Condominiums (the "Master Deed") recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Kent County, Michigan in Liber 4054, Page 1269, as amended, and designated as Kent County Condominium Subdivision Plan No. 378, by reason of Co-owner's failure to pay condominium dues and other sums owed to Shagbark Condominium Association (the "Association"). Said default under the Master Deed has resulted in the recordation of a "Notice of Lien" by Shagbark Condominium Association, dated February 19, 20206, and recorded on February 24, 2026 with the Kent County Register of Deeds as Instrument No. 202602240011069 and has been served upon the Co-owner. The amount owed under the Notice of Lien as of the date of this Notice is THREE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED SIX AND 50/100 DOLLARS ($3,806.50). Under the power of sale contained in the Michigan Condominium Act of 1978, MCL 559.208(2), and Article 5, Section 5.5 of the Condominium Bylaws, attached as part of said Master Deed, please take notice as follows: Notice of foreclosure by advertisement. Notice is given under section 3212 of the revised judicature act of 1961, 1961 PA 236, MCL 600.3212, that the above-described Notice of Lien will be foreclosed by a sale of the premises, or some part of them, at a public auction sale to the highest bidder for cash or cashier's check at the place of holding the circuit court in Kent County, starting promptly at 10:00 a.m. on July 22, 2026. The amount due on the above-described Notice of Lien may be greater on the day of the sale.
