Notice of Foreclosure by Advertisement is given under section 3212 of the revised judicature act of 1961, 1961 PA 236, MCL 600.3212, that the following mortgage will be foreclosed by a sale of the mortgages premises or some part of them, at a public auction sale to the highest bidder for cash or cashier's check at the place of holding the circuit court in Macomb County, Michigan, starting promptly at 10:00 am on Friday, July 31, 2026. Default has been made in the conditions of a mortgage made by Terri Simmons, as Borrower, to Hantz Bank, as Lender, dated May 17, 2012, and recorded on May 29, 2012 in Liber 21343, Page 492, Macomb County Records, Michigan, and was assigned by said mortgagee to Macomb County Habitat for Humanity, Inc., by assignment dated May 4, 2012, and recorded on May 31, 2012 in Liber 21350, Page 647, Macomb County Records, which mortgage there is claimed to be due at the date hereof the sum of TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND FOUR AND 83/100 DOLLARS ($25,004.83), including interest at 11.00% per annum. The amount due on the mortgage may be greater on the date of the foreclosure sale and placing the highest bid does not automatically convey free and clear ownership. Interested purchasers may at their option contact the county register of deeds or title insurance company for further information, either of which may charge a fee for their services.
