Notice is given under section 3212 of the revised judicature act of 1961, 1961 PA 236, MCL 600.3212, that the following mortgage will be foreclosed by a sale of the mortgaged premises, or some part of them at a public auction sale to the highest bidder for cash or cashier's check at the place of holding the circuit court in Oakland County (at public venue, on the 1st floor/West Wing entrance to the Court House in Pontiac, Oakland County, Michigan), starting promptly at 10:00 o'clock A.M. on Tuesday, June 9, 2026. Default has been made in the terms and conditions of the mortgage made by LePac Development LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, as original mortgagor, to Michigan Schools and Government Credit Union, as original mortgagee, dated June 24, 2022, and recorded on June 30, 2022, at the Oakland County, Michigan Register of Deeds, in Liber 57912, commencing on Page 462. The amount claimed to be due on this mortgage, on the date of this notice, was $1,290,013.69. The amount due on the mortgage may be greater on the day of the sale.
