NOTICE OF SALE FORECLOSURE SALE – Default has been made in the terms and conditions of the Amended and Restated Superseding Consolidated Master Deed for Cumberland Condominium Association by the Estate of Tonya R. Shelton which Master Deed is recorded in Liber 47706, Pages 175 through 240, as amended, Oakland County, MI, Register of Deeds, resulting in the recordation of a Lien by Cumberland Condominium Association, a Michigan Nonprofit Corporation, said Lien being dated October 1, 2025, and recorded October 9, 2025, in Liber 60604, Page 371, Oakland County, MI, on which Lien there is claimed to be due at the date hereof the sum of Fourteen Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety-Nine Dollars and 44/100 Dollars ($14,799.44), including interest on assessments of seven (7%) percent per annum.
