MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE NOTICE – (MACOMB COUNTY) MORTGAGE SALE – Default has been made in the conditions of a certain mortgage made by Alexa Garant, a single woman, ("Mortgagor") to "MERS" Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. ("Mortgagee"), a separate corporation that is acting solely as a nominee for First State Bank its successors and assigns, as Lender and Foreclosing Assignee ("Lender"), dated July 11, 2024, and recorded on July 12, 2024 in Liber 29665, page 351, Macomb County Records, Michigan, on which mortgage there is claimed to be due at the date hereof the sum of One Hundred Thirty Nine Thousand, Eight Hundred Three Dollars and 04/100 ($139,803.04), including interest at 6.00% per annum.
