NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE BY ADVERTISEMENT. Notice is given under section 3212 of the revised judicature act of 1961, 1961 PA 236, MCL 600.3212, that the following mortgage will be foreclosed by a sale of the mortgaged premises, or some part of them, at a public auction sale to the highest bidder for cash or cashier's check at the place of holding the circuit court in OAKLAND County, starting promptly at 10:00 AM, on June 23, 2026. Said mortgage was modified by a loan modification agreement, dated April 2, 2025 and recorded May 9, 2025, in Liber 60188 Page 353, Oakland County Records, State of Michigan and then assigned to U.S. Bank National Association, not in its individual capacity, but solely as owner trustee of the New Residential Mortgage Loan Trust 2022-NQM4, as assignee as documented by an assignment dated March 20, 2024 and recorded on March 20, 2024 in Liber 59234 Page 875, Oakland County Records, Michigan, on which mortgage there is claimed to be due at the date hereof the sum of FOUR HUNDRED FIFTY-SIX THOUSAND FOURTEEN AND 24/100 DOLLARS ($456,014.24). Said premises are situated in the Township of West Bloomfield, County of Oakland, State of Michigan, and are described as: Lot 63, BLOOMFIELD LAKE ON THE PARK NO.3 SUBDIVISION, as recorded in Liber 149, Page 8 of Plats, Oakland County Records.
