Waverly Road, Lansing, Michigan 48917 (“Mortgageeâ€), which Mortgage was dated December 6, 2017, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds for Lake County, Michigan on December 13, 2017 at Liber 397, Page 239. This Mortgage is now held by Adventure Credit Union, successor by merger of Astera Credit Union. By reason of this default, the Mortgagee hereby declares the entire unpaid amount of said Mortgage due and payable immediately.
