The second, dated September 9, 2019, recorded September 20, 2019, Liber 2148 Page 0691. The third, dated November 17, 2022, recorded December 8, 2022, Liber 2222 Page 0606. The forth, dated June 30, 2023, recorded July 6, 2023, Liber 2232 Page 0301, in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds, Jackson County, Michigan, Jackson County Records, State of Michigan, and then assigned to JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, as assignee as documented by an assignment dated November 18, 2013 and recorded on December 2, 2013 in Liber 2023 Page 0530, Jackson County Records, Michigan, on which mortgage there is claimed to be due at the date hereof the sum of ONE HUNDRED THIRTY-THREE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FORTY-FIVE AND 09/100 ($133,945.09) DOLLARS.
