Default has been made in the terms and conditions of the mortgage made by Olney L. Hawkins, Trustee of the Olney L. Hawkins Trust Agreement dated March 28, 2002, as original mortgagor, to The Huntington National Bank, a national banking association, as original mortgagee, dated June 16, 2014, and recorded on July 8, 2014, at the Kent County, Michigan Register of Deeds, in Document No. 20140708-0052913, and which mortgage was corrected by a recorded affidavit.
