Christiansen and Lynne M. Christiansen, and for Judicial Foreclosure as to All Defendants in the Circuit Court for the County of Midland, State of Michigan, made and entered on the 31st of October, A.D., 2025 in a certain cause therein pending, wherein Michigan State Housing Development Authority was the Plaintiff and Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Brian M. Christiansen and Lynne M. Christiansen were the Defendants, and a stipulated order establishing priority of mortgage in favor of the Plaintiff and dismissing Defendant, United States of America, for the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development having been entered on November 18, 2024.
