MORTGAGE SALE – Default has been made in the conditions of a mortgage made by Loveitt Home Investors, LLC, to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems (MERS) as nominee for Loan Funder, LLC Series 79666 dated July 10, 2024 and recorded in Liber 58993, Page 774, Wayne County Records. Now held by Loan Funder LLC covering the Real Estate hereinafter described and on which mortgage there is claimed to be due at the date hereof the sum of One Hundred Seventeen Thousand Two Hundred and Sixty-Two and 00/100 Dollars ($117,262.00), including interest at 23.00% per annum. Under the power of sale contained in said mortgage and the statute in such case made and provided, notice is hereby given that said mortgage will be foreclosed by a sale of the mortgaged premises, or some part of them, at public vendue, in the Coleman A.
