The premises are described as: City of Northville, County of Oakland, State of Michigan Unit No. 107, COVES OF NORTHVILLE, according to the Master Deed as recorded in Liber 9469, pages 669 through 735, Oakland County Records, as Amended, and designated as Oakland County Condominium Subdivision Plan No. 456, together with rights in general common elements and limited common elements, as set forth in the above Master Deed and as described in Act 59 of the Public Acts of Michigan of 1978. The redemption period is six months from the date of sale unless the property is abandoned, in which event the redemption period is one month from the date of sale.
