Notice of Condominium Assessment Lien Foreclosure by Advertisement The name of the co-owner is Shannon Blake. The name of the lien holder is Coves of Northville Condominium Association. The date of the lien is December 8, 2025. The lien was recorded on December 19, 2025. The amount claimed to be due on the lien on the date of this notice is $96,193.82. The premises are described as: City of Northville, County of Oakland, State of Michigan Unit No. 107, COVES OF NORTHVILLE, according to the Master Deed as recorded in Liber 9469, pages 669 through 735, Oakland County Records, as Amended, and designated as Oakland County Condominium Subdivision Plan No. 456, together with rights in general common elements and limited common elements, as set forth in the above Master Deed and as described in Act 59 of the Public Acts of Michigan of 1978. The redemption period is six months from the date of sale unless the property is abandoned, in which event the redemption period is one month from the date of sale. If the property is sold at a foreclosure sale, under MCL 600.3278 the co-owner will be held responsible to the person who buys the property at the foreclosure sale or to the association for damaging the property during the redemption period.
