In pursuance and by virtue of a Judgment of Foreclosure of Mortgage and Declaratory Relief entered for Plaintiff Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC against Defendants William John Eichelberger and Jennifer Eichelberger in Case No. 25-20168-CH of the Kent County Circuit Court, the below premises shall be foreclosed and sold by public auction.
