FORECLOSURE NOTICE NOTICE OF SALE TO ALL PURCHASERS – A lien has been recorded on behalf of Stillwater Condominium Homeowner's Association, Inc.. The lien was executed on February 20, 2025 and recorded on February 21, 2025, as Instrument 202502210007306, as Amended on April 4th, 2025, Instrument 202504040015957, Genesee County Register of Deeds. The lien secures assessments and other sums as of the date hereof in the amount of Two Thousand Three Hundred and One Dollars and Sixty-Five Cents ($2,301.65). Notice of Foreclosure by Advertisement. Under the power of sale contained in the recorded Condominium Documents and the statute in such case made and provided, notice is given under section 3212 of the revised judicature act of 1961, 1961 PA 236, MCL 600.3212 that the lien will be foreclosed by a sale of the property described below, or some part of them, at a public auction sale to the highest bidder for cash or cashier's check, main lobby of the Genesee County Courthouse located in Flint, Michigan, on Wednesday, October 29, 2025, at 11:00 am, Eastern Standard Time.
