The Whisperwood Condominium Association claims a statutory condominium lien against the condominium unit described below. Notice of the condominium lien was recorded June 2, 2025 in Instrument No. 202506020000220. Genesee County Records. The owner of record is Felicia Dorman. There is claimed to be due on the statutory condominium lien the sum of $2,404.62 in assessments, not including late charges, interest as the rate provided in the condominium documents, costs of foreclosure, and attorney fees pursuant to MCL § 559.208(2). Pursuant to MCL § 559.208, MCL § 600.3212, and other statutes of the State of Michigan, and the power of sale contained in The Whisperwood Condominium Association By- Laws, notice is given that the condominium lien will be foreclosed by a sale of the condominium, at public venue at the main lobby of the Genesee County Courthouse in Flint, Michigan, that being the place of holding the circuit court within the county in which the premises are to be sold are located, at 11:00 am, local time, on October 29, 2025. The premises is situated in the City of Fenton, County of Genesee, State of Michigan, and described as follows: Unit 138, Whisperwood, a Condominium according to the Master Deed thereof recorded in Condominium Liber 1551, Page 3373, and First Amendment to the Master Deed recorded in Liber 1551, Page 4088, and the Second Amendment to the Master Deed recorded in Liber 1551, Page 4352A, and Third Amendment to the Master Deed recorded in Liber 1551, Page 6061, and Fourth Amendment to the Master Deed recorded in Instrument No. 200604180038422, as amended, in the Office of the Genesee County Register of Deeds, and designated as Genesee County Condominium Subdivision Plan No. 57, together with rights, together with rights in general common elements and limited common elements as set forth in said Master Deed, and amendments thereto and as described in Act 59 of the Public Acts of 1978, as amended.
