LIEN FORECLOSURE SALE TO ALL PURCHASERS: This sale may be rescinded by the foreclosing lienholder. In that event, your damages, if any, are limited solely to the return of the bid amount tendered at the sale, plus interest. LIEN FORECLOSURE SALE – A lien having been recorded regarding Condominium Assessments as to NENYES A. BENJAMIN, co-owner of a condominium unit of ENGLISH COLONY II CONDOMNIUM ASSOCIATION, of Macomb County, Michigan. A Notice of Lien for Non-payment of Assessments dated August 13, 2025 and recorded on August 13, 2025 at Liber 30236, page 72, in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Macomb County, Michigan on which lien there is claimed to be due at the date of this notice, $3,391.00 exclusive of interest at 7% and costs for sale. No suit of proceeding at law or in equity has been instituted to recover the debt secured by the lien or any portion thereof. By virtue of the power of sale contained in Article II, Section 6 of the Condominium Bylaws of English Colony II Condominium, notice is hereby given, that on October 31, 2025 , at 10:00 o'clock in the a.m. local time, the lien will be foreclosed by a sale at public auction, to the highest bidder immediately inside the westerly or North Main Street entrance to the Macomb County Circuit Court Building, in Mt. Clemens, Macomb County, Michigan of the premises described in the lien, to pay the amount due on the lien, with interest at 7 per cent per annum and any and all legal charges and expenses, including attorney fees and also any sums which may be paid by the Association to protect its interest in the unit.
