NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE BY ADVERTISEMENT (ALL COUNTIES) NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE BY ADVERTISEMENT – Notice is given under section 3212 of the revised judicature act of 1961, 1961 PA 236, MCL 600.3212, that the following mortgage will be foreclosed by a sale of the mortgaged premises, or some part of them, at a public auction sale to the highest bidder for cash or cashier's check at the place of holding the circuit court in Wayne County, starting promptly at 11:00 a.m., on Thursday, September 10, 2026. Default has been made in the conditions of a certain mortgage made by Willie Corbin, Jr. and Tracey Corbin, husband and wife ("Borrower") to The Cadle Company II, Inc., an Ohio corporation ("Mortgagee") as assigned by that certain Assignment of Mortgage by Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, d/b/a Christiana Trust not individually but solely as Trustee for PNPMS Trust IV, dated September 25, 2024, recorded on November 21, 2024, in Liber 59206, Page 313, Wayne County Records; as assigned by that certain Assignment of Mortgage by Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, d/b/a Christiana Trust, not in its individual capacity but solely in its capacity as Owner Trustee for WF 19 Grantor Trust, dated May 11, 2021, recorded on May 11, 2021, in Liber 56712, Page 943, Wayne County Records; as assigned by that certain Assignment of Mortgage by CitiFinancial Servicing LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, dated January 26, 2017, recorded on February 3, 2017, in Liber 53500, Page 762, Wayne County Records, successor by merger to CitiFinancial, Inc., a Maryland corporation, the original mortgagee for the mortgage dated June 15, 2006, recorded on June 23, 2006, in Liber 44890, page 126, Wayne County Records, upon which mortgage there is claimed to be due as of July 31, 2026, the sum of Ten Thousand Six Hundred Seven and 33/100 ($10,607.33) Dollars, including interest at 9.996% per annum. Said premises are situated in the City of Redford, County of Wayne, State of Michigan, and more particularly described as follows: LOTS 481 OF CHESTERFIELD SUBDIVISION NO.1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THERE OF RECORDED IN LIBER 52 OF PLATS, PAGES 69 OF WAYNE COUNTY RECORDS.
